Terms of Sale and Returns Policy

1. Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through SipStop channels, including kiosk, POS, web checkout, and supported ordering pages.

2. Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices, applicable taxes, and fees are shown at checkout. Payment must be completed before order release, except where in-store cash settlement is explicitly supported.

3. Fulfillment and Pickup

Kiosk and in-store flows are treated as pickup transactions. For pickup orders, customers should review items at handover and report issues immediately.

4. Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. No returns and no exchanges are allowed, except where required by applicable law.

5. Refunds

Refunds are not provided for completed sales unless legally required or approved by SipStop for clear fulfillment errors (for example, wrong item handed over).
