Named after the Spanish word for "cut." Equal parts espresso and steamed milk. A short, powerful drink designed to "cut" the acidity of the espresso with just enough creaminess to smooth the edges. Our Premium variant is made from 100% Arabica of Guji and Yirgacheffe region in Ethiopia. Considered as the birthplace of the finest coffee, its remarkably clean and tea-like, featuring high-toned citrus acidity with notes of dried berries and dark florals. Founder's favorite.
